Tiana Clark, LCMHC
At Clark Psychotherapy, I believe that transformational healing begins with a safe, compassionate space where you are truly heard, without judgment. My mission is to walk alongside you, honoring your unique story while utilizing evidence-based approaches to help you navigate stress, process trauma, and rediscover your innate capacity for meaningful change.

Years of Dedicated Practice
My professional journey began with a deep curiosity about the human capacity for resilience. After completing my clinical training at a top-tier Master's program, I spent years working in diverse therapeutic settings, from a community health center to a specialized private practice.
My approach centers on undoing aloneness, offering a supportive therapeutic relationship where you can safely process deep emotions and experience flourishing and mental wellness.
My goal is to support your healing journey in a way that honors your own values and goals, using trauma‑informed, mindfulness‑based, and compassion‑focused care.
